Congratulations on answering the call of your soul.  Searching for answers is the first step, and a brave one.  By nature, trauma disconnects us from others, and ultimately, from ourselves. It is my soul intent, to provide a safe, judgment-free zone for you to embark on your healing journey. Together, we will create a recovery plan and restore your personal sovereignty.

HOW DO I KNOW IF IT'S TRAUMA? 
Trauma is any event or circumstance which: 

• Makes you feel powerless

• Is intensely frightening and/or violates your moral values AND 

• Changes your beliefs about yourself, the world, and your interaction with the world.

Such experiences affect us in every dimension of our being, and therefore require a multidimensional approach to healing. It has changed our very way of being in the world, and we have become extremely confused dysregulated - It may feel like you've "lost yourself." Our sense of safety in the world and trusting people has gone out the window. Working with me, you will receive help in all four aspects: Psychological, emotional, physical, and spiritual for a truly holistic rebuilding of yourself.

Looking to work with psilocybin, bufo, or other psychedelics? I can help you prepare for and integrate expanded states of consciousness, by creating an optimal mindset before your ceremony, help with setting intentions, and finding ways to access those insights gained from your ceremony into day to day living.

Processing and walking out the lessons learned from expanded states of consciousness can be most effective when you have a clear plan for how to sustain the paradigm shifts you've experienced.
